Shelley has come from a strong customer services background, having previously been a Personal Assistant for various companies, a Letting Agent for a real estate company, and a Customer Services/Administrator in the liquor and agricultural industries.
This has provided Shelley with extensive customer service skills, the ability to problem solve, and build strong lasting relationships.
She has a bright bubbly energetic personality with a “can do” attitude, which will be beneficial to both Landlords and Tenants. Her goal is to have a win-win-win for all. The Landlord having confidence their investment property is being looked after professionally and ethically. The tenant having a feeling of security in the home they rent; and Shelley achieving a beneficial result for all.
Shelley has lived in the Papamoa area for the last 12 years, she has a good level of local knowledge, and is proud to be involved in the local community through Ray White Bayfair and Te Puke.
